John Henry is an independent project run by Shane Francis. This notice describes the first public website and reviewer-interest process.

The demo stays in your browser.

The example ballot operates only in the current page. We do not transmit or persist your choice or written reason, and reloading the page clears the demo. The website does not add analytics trackers, advertising scripts, or a visitor account system.

The host receives normal web requests.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and may process technical data such as IP addresses, request details, and security information to operate its service. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

You choose whether to send an email.

The reviewer-interest link opens your email application with a draft addressed to simulacra.social@gmail.com. Nothing is sent by this website. If you send the email, the organizer receives your address and whatever details you include through Google’s email service. You can provide your field and a public professional profile; please do not send patient information, confidential employer material, financial account details, or identity documents.

Interest emails are used to assess fit for a review, respond to you, and arrange possible participation. They are not public submissions or automatic enrollment. We do not sell reviewer contact information or add you to marketing lists. You may request deletion of your interest email by writing to the same address.

Real participation has a separate consent step.

Before a paid review, we will explain what is collected, payment arrangements, what may be published, and how your identity and comments will be handled. Expressing interest does not authorize publication of your name or comments. Real review data is not collected by this release.
